This study aims to develop an AI-assisted medical teleradiology platform based on a cloud PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System). The system is designed to integrate the storage, transmission, and interpretation of medical imaging data within a cloud-based environment. AI-based image analysis functions are incorporated to support faster and more accurate interpretation by medical professionals. The platform architecture enables stable image access and collaborative interpretation even in remote environments. This technology is expected to enhance image sharing and collaboration among medical institutions while improving the accessibility and efficiency of medical services.
