This study aims to develop and validate a medical device that assists in the diagnosis of spinal diseases using generative AI technology. The model is designed to learn from various spinal medical imaging datasets and analyze lesion characteristics to generate clinically useful information. Generative AI is applied to enhance image quality or generate additional imaging information to support clinicians in diagnosis. A validation study is conducted to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the system in real clinical environments. This technology is expected to improve diagnostic accuracy for spinal diseases and enhance the efficiency of medical image interpretation.
